Abstract

This research test directly factors influencing for systems development quality, like: user participation, user training and user expertise. The research data are obtained by means of survey, Persuant to answer 44 respondent employee banking industry in West Sumatera, showing the level of 44% response out of 100 population. The analysis method of research comprises influence test using multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination.The result of partial regression indicate that user participation have an negative effect and not significant while training user and user expertise have an effect on positive and significant to systems development quality
