Abstract

The purpose of this research are to study and analyze the influence of public service quality to the hospital performance and satisfaction partially. The method of this research is explanatory survey. The units analysis are hospital in Pekanbaru city. The data collecting was carried out by spreading questionnaires to customer hospitals. The technical method of simple random sampling. The tool of linier regression. The result on this research and hypothesis testing show that: (1) there is influence public service quality to hospital performance (2) there is influence public service quality to hospital satisfaction
