EVALUASI FASILITAS TEMPAT EVAKUASI SEMENTARA (TES) TSUNAMI DI PADANG

Abstrak

The need for complete, healthy and clean facilities has become a necessity for us people who want to
develop civilization. To anticipate the arrival of the tsunami, the government took preventive measures
by building tsunami infrastructure, one of which was the Temporary Evacuation Site, then we will
briefly use the TES. There are three TES locations in the city of Padang and are currently not properly
managed. Therefore a study was conducted on TES facilities in accordance with the standards set by
FEMA. The method used is descriptive evaluative by taking a sample through a field trip to find out
the facilities available, followed by interviews with local leaders and community disaster
preparedness groups aaa (KSB). The results can be obtained in the form of literature and visual field
studies. The expected result is the creation of TES management with standard facilities.
