ANALISIS PENGARUH SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN KONSTRUKSI GEDUNG DI KOTA SAWAHLUNTO

Abstrak

Supply chain is the network by organizations that have been involved via relationship an
upward current and downward circuit, to the process and activities are different produce values
in the form of products and services in the hands of consumers. Scm practices defined as part
of activity performed by an organization to increase the effectiveness of management for the
series of supply. And give that scm practices as a single concept multidimensional including
side in the sight of upstream and downstream from the series of an adequate supply of goods.
Research aims to understand the factors supply chain management that has an effect on
enhancing the effectiveness of time the completion of a job the construction of buildings
buildings in kota sawahlunto and to know supply chain management factors that has an effect
most dominant on enhancing the effectiveness of time the completion of a job the construction
of buildings buildings in kota sawahlunto. To research it uses quantitative research methods
and spread kusioner to respondents, respondents were is contracting , consultants , the city
public works and owner Sawahlunto involved in a construction project buildings in
Sawahlunto. Results is two factors concluded the supply chain management that has an effect
on performance project the timeliness of a payment made by a contractor and the material needs
planning, while for factors most dominant planning material needs is the factor.
