ANALISIS FAKTOR PENYEBAB KETERLAMBATAN PROYEK KONSTRUKSI PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN MENTAWAI - PRELIMINARY STUDY

Abstrak

ABSTRACT: Building construction in anattempt to meet human needs. While the success of a building
constructionprojectis inseparable from decision making based on analysis and corretion of various risk
factors due to constraints faced during project implementation, both calcuated and unexpected risks during
project implementation. The possibility of obstacles during project implementation can occur due to poor
management, inappropriate resources, working methods used are not appropriate and accurate. The
influence of the company’s financial condition and the environment in which the project is implemented is
not supportive. So that it affects the time performance, causes delasys in construction project work and
directly harms the company owner or contractor. Avoiding the risk of delays that may occur, ir is necessary
to conduct studies and look for causes and determine corrective actions that are appropriate by analyzing
various risk factors and other factors that occur in project implementation, by using statistics, a high risk
factor value is sought. Where high risk factor are prioritized firs to be addressed and corrected measures
taken,so asto reduce the risk of delay to a minimm.
