PENGARUH UKURAN DEWAN DIREKSI, UKURAN DEWAN KOMISARIS, KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2018)

Abstrak

Good corporate governance is expected to improve company performance. The purpose
main of the application of the system to manage the company that either is to optimize the value
for the holders of shares and stakeholder interests in the run length. This study aims to determine
the effect of the size of the board of directors, the size of the board of commissioners, and
managerial ownership to the company’s financial performance. The samples used in this study
were 92 manufacturing companies listed on IDX in 2014-2018. The type of data used is secondary
data. The data analysis method used in the study is panel data regression analysis.
The results of this study showed that the size of the board of directors of influential
negative and significant to the performance of financial, the size of the board of commissioners
of influential positive and not significant to the performance of financial, managerial ownership
of influential negative and significant to the performance of financial, the size of the board of
directors, the size of the board of commissioners, managerial ownership is together of influential
positive and significant to the performance of financial, company size of influential positive and
significant to the performance of financial.
