PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK ASET DAERAH ANTARA KABUPATEN KERINCI DENGAN KOTA SUNGAI PENUH PASCA PEMEKARAN

Abstrak

In order to realize the regulation No 25 2008 year the goverment and the DPRD have decided to
split the regency of kerinci and set the city as a new autonomous region this decision was based on
the request of the kerinci community through its representatives in the kerinci regency DPRD and the
agreement between the DPRD and the kerinci district head for a decade.after the division is racing
to develop area,it will make the people of the regency detail and word sungai penuh.(1) How toresolve
the conflict between the regional assets between the regency of detail and the sungai-penuh city?(2)
How is the impact coused by the handing over of the delivery of regional assets from the district
kerinci and sungai –penuh city?this tipe of library research includes primary data and
tertiary,interviews,the study population library method is juridical socialogical approach.based on
the above it is concluded that the settlement of conflict between regional assets in the regency of
medan and the city of sungai-penuh.full the settlement is in accordance with the constitution No 25
2008 year and must be in line with the principle of real and resposible autonomy.
