PRINSIP KESANTUNAN BERBAHASA DALAM KOLOM KOMENTAR MEDIA SOSIAL YOUTUBE

Abstrak

This study aimed to describe the shape of irregularities politeness in Youtube
comments field and analyze the causes of the deviation of the linguistic politeness. The
method used is descriptive qualitative. This study focused on the problem of linguistic
politeness irregularities in the comments field of social media on the Youtube channel
"CNN Indonesia" on development and administration of Jakarta were studied in
pragmatics. The data collection was done by herd information through a video that includes
a title, source, and social media comments Youtube channel "CNN Indonesia". Based on
data and analysis of the data the results of this study indicate there are still many who do
not maximize warganet respect, sympathy, consent to, and does not minimize losses when
commenting on a video. For this study we can conclude that warganet in the channel "CNN
Indonesia" on development and administration of Jakarta is still much to ignore politeness.
Especially the lack of respect, sympathy, consent to, and losses for yourself when
commenting.
