PROFIL PENDIDIKAN FORMAL DAN USIA PEKERJA TAMBAK UDANG VANAME DI KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Formal education level and age of labour play a very important role in the commercial oriented of aquaculture production system. This study observed the profile of formal education level and the age of labours working at vaname brackish water ponds which have grown rapidly in Padang Pariaman regency. Survey method is applied. Results showed that most of labours (47,5%) were Senior High School Graduates and the dominant age class were 19-24 years old (30%).References
