This study aims to determine the effect of company size, leverage, and liquidity on dividend policy in property, real estate, and building contruction companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling tecnique in this study is saturated sampling. The sample used in this study was 18 companies in the property, real estate, and building construction sectors. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis, but first the data must pass the classical assumpition test. The results of this study find that firm size, levergae, and liquiditty have no significant effect on dividend policy.References
