Abstract

This research is motivated by the low organizational commitment of employees at the Department of Transportation of Pariaman City in terms of the level of employee attendance. This study aims to examine the relationship between the dependent variable of organizational commitment and the independent variables of transformational leadership, morale, and work motivation. The sample in this study were all employees at the Department of Transportation of the City of Pariaman. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression test model. The results of this study indicate that there is no influence between transformational leadership and organizational commitment, there is no influence between work spirit and organizational commitment, and there is an influence between work motivation and organizational commitment.
