Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the effect of self-efficacy and workplace spirituality on turnover intention with work involvement and solitude at work as mediating variables. The population in this study were 105 Padang TV employees and 99 questionnaires that could be processed. The type of research data is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. This research analysis tool uses Smart-PLS. The results of the study found that self-efficacy variables had a positive effect on turnover intention, self-efficacy did not negatively affect work involvement, work involvement did not negatively affect turnover intention, workplace spirituality had a positive effect on turnover intention, workplace spirituality had no positive effect on loneliness at work. , loneliness at work does not have a positive effect on turnover intention, work involvement does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and turnover intention, loneliness at work does not mediate the relationship between workplace spirituality and turnover intention in Padang TV employees.
