PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI SEBAGAI INTERVENING VARIABEL PADA DIPERTAHORTNAKBUN KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation,leadership model and Organization Culture toward toEmployee performance with work satisfaction as intervening variable and motivation on employee performance in Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan hortikultura, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan..The sample size of this study are 101 where census sampling method is used here. The data analysis method use a structural equation model (SEM) with AMOS 16.0 software. The results finding there is a significant direct influence among to motivation and employee performance, among to leadership model and employee performance, among to organization culture and employee performance, among to motivation and work satisfaction, among to leadership model and work satisfaction, among to organization culture and work satisfaction, and among to work satisfaction and employee performance. Motivation variable is significant direct influential toward to performance which work satisfactions as intervening variable, Leadership model variable is significant direct influential toward to employee performance which work satisfactions as intervening variable, Organization culture variable is significant direct influential toward to employee performance which work satisfactions as intervening variable.
