PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KETERAMPILAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN KERINCI
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, managerial skills of principals and teacher job satisfaction on the performance of high schools in Kabupaten Kerinci. This study uses primary data as much as 158 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this research are generating a significant positive influence on organizational culture, managerial skills of school principals and teachers' job satisfaction on performance, the data reject the error of 0.05. Where the greatest influence of all three independent variables indicated by the variable principal managerial skills, followed by organizational culture and job satisfaction variables..
