Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership orientation and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of schools supervisors in Kerinci Region. This study uses causal design. The population of this research is all the schools supervisors in Kerinci Region numbering as many as 67 people. Approach for sampling done by census method. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software.The results of this study were : 1) Work motivation no effect on job satisfaction schools supervisors in Kerinci Region. 2) Leadership orientation significant effect on job satisfaction the schools supervisors in Kerinci Region. 3) Organizational culture had no significant effect on job satisfaction schools supervisors in Kerinci Region. 4) Motivation positive effect on performance schools supervisors in Kerinci Region. 5) Leadership orientation is not a positive influence on the performance of schools supervisors in Kerinci Region. 6) Organizational culture is not a positive influence on the performance of schools supervisors in Kerinci Region. 7) Job satisfaction is a positive significant effect on the performance of schools supervisors in Kerinci Region. 8) Work motivation has no significant effect on the performance of the schools supervisors in Kerinci Region through job satisfaction. 9) Leadership orientation positive effect on the performance of the schools supervisors in Kerinci Region through job satisfaction. 10) Organizational culture does not significantly influence the performance of the schools supervisors in Kerinci Region through job satisfaction.
