PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KABUPATEN KERINCI
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze: 1). Influence of leadership on organizational culture. 2). The influence of leadership on job satisfaction. 3). The influence of organizational culture on satisfaction. 4). The effect of leadershipon performance. 5). The influence of organizational culture on performance. 6). The effect of job satisfaction on performance. 7). How leadership influence on teacher performance through organizational culture. 8). How leadership influence on teacher performance through job satisfaction. 9). How does the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance through job satisfaction. Bassed on the issues to be discussed in this papper the design of this study is causal design. The study population was all elementary teachers in Kerinci Region, amounting to as many as 160 teachers. The number of samples is 160 people (census method). Data anylisis to test the hypothesis of this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software assistance. The study foun that: 1). Leadership significantly influence the organizational culture. 2). Leadership significantly effect on job satisfaction of teacher. 3). Organizational culture significantly influence job satisfaction of teachers. 4). Leadership significant effect on teachers performance. 5). Organizational culture signicantly influence the performance of teachers. 6). Job satisfaction significantly influence the performance of theacers. 7). Leadership significant effect on theacer performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable. 8). Leadership significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. 9). Culture organizations have a significant effect on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
