PENGARUH STRES KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN PADA KANTOR PENYULUHAN DAN KETAHANAN PANGAN KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN

Abstract

This study is a modification of the research by Wahyudi (2006) and Firdaus K (2007), about the Effect of Stress, Conflict and Disciplin Punishment to the Official Job Satisfaction in Customs Service Office Tipe A3 in Samarinda East Kalimantan. In this research, the researcher added variable of job motivation in measuring employee job satisfaction  to get more accurate finding about the factors that influence it. The population of this research are 114 pople which are agriculture instructor in Counseling and Agriculture Office in Solok Selatan Regency.This research used primary data that is distributing questionnaires to the agriculture instructor in Counseling and Agriculture Office in Solok Selatan Regency and secondary data is the number of instructor. The independent variable of this research are consist of job stress, motivation, and discipline while the dependent variable is instructor job satisfaction. The result of processing data of SPSS 17, found that job stress, motivation, and discipline have the effect to the job satisfaction of agriculture instructor in Counseling and Agriculture Office in Solok Selatan Regency.This research has the same purpose with the previous research. Job stress, motivation, and discipline influence job satisfaction of agriculture instructor in Counseling and Agriculture Office in Solok Selatan Regency. This research also identified that there is still another variable that influence job satisfaction.
