PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN MENTAWAI
Abstract
Performance is outcome of organizational behavior. This research aim is to investigate the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable on the relationship between transformational leadership organizational culture and employee performance in Department of Transportation Communication and Informatics Mentawai island regency. Population of sampel in this research amounted 115 people, which is sampling method is survey method with five option answering. Analysis Data method is Goodness of Fit Index, Confirmatory factor analysis, Constuct-Reliability and path analysis using AMOS 21.0.
The results found the quesionare is valid and reliable and obtain the significant direct effect transformational leadership towards job performance, organization cultural towards job performance, transformational leadership towards job satisfaction, organization cultural towards job satisfaction, and job satisfaction towards job performance. Leadership transformational having an significant direct effect on job performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable, Organization cultural having an significant direct effect on job performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable.
