PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT DI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN
Abstract
Employee performance in Camat Office in Kabupaten Pesisir is still relatively low, it is thought to be related to motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance in Camat Office in Kabupaten Pesisir. The population numbered 253 people consisting of all employees in the Head Office in South Coastal District before the district division. Sampling technique using Slovin with a total sample of 155 people. While the techniques of data collection is done by survey respondents. Furthermore, the data obtained with a validated instrument validity and reliability testing, while the research hypothesis testing performed by multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, concluded that motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance. Based on his research, directed to work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment, among others, further enhanced through training, development and reward systems repair and preventive.
