ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress, self efficacy, intrinsic motivation, and autonomy on employee burnout. This study uses a causal design. The object of the research was all employees of the Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Kabupaten Kerinci totaling 67 people. Data analysis tested the hypothesis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that: 1) Job stress has a significant positive effect on employee burnout. 2) Self efficacy has a significant negative effect on employee burnout. 3) Intrinsic motivation has a significant negative and negative effect on employee burnout. 4) Autonomy has a significant negative effect on employee burnout
