Abstract

ABSTRACT


This study was to examine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and work stress on burnout and the effect of self-efficacy, work stress and burnout on organizational citizenship behavior and the effect of self-efficacy and work stress on organizational citizenship behavior through burnout as an intervening variable. This type of research is causative. The study population was the employees of the Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Sungai Penuh. The sampling technique uses a census method of 105 employees. This study uses primary data. Data analysis techniques are Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software. This study found that: 1) Self-efficacy had no significant effect on burnout, 2) Job stress had a significant positive effect on burnout, 3) Self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on OCB, 4) Job stress had a significant negative effect on OCB, 5) Burnout had a significant effect negative to OCB, 6) Self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on OCB through burnout as an intervening variable, 7) Job stress has a significant effect on OCB through burnout as an intervening variable.
