Abstract

ABSTRACT


his research is to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and employee competency on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This type of research is causative. The study population was all employees of Puskesmas Non Rawat Inap di KabupatenPesisir Selatantotaling 156 people. The sampling technique uses census methods. The number of samples is 126 employees. This study uses primary data. Data analysis techniques are structural equation models. This study found that: 1) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on OCB, 2) Employee competence has a significant effect on OCB. 3) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment. 4) Employee competence does not have a significant effect on organizational commitment. 5) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on OCB. 6) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on OCB through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, 7) Employee competence does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Competence, Organizational Commitment,             Organizational Citizenship Behavior
