PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA BAWAHAN DENGAN LOCUS OF CONTROL SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

This study aims to improve transformational leadership, compensation and job satisfaction with locus of control as a moderating variable. In this study using 124 respondents. This study used three independent variables namely transformational leadership, compensation and motivation, one dependent variable namely job satisfaction, also using a moderating variable that is locus of control. Data processing is done using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences. (SPSS). The test results found that there was a significant influence on transformational work satisfaction and there was no different effect between satisfaction and job satisfaction. And the test results also found that locus of control was not able to moderate the relationship between transtomational, compensation and satisfaction with job satisfaction.
