PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA SUNGAI PENUH DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING

Abstract

This study aim to identify and analyze direct effect of  role conflict, organizational culture, work motivation to work satisfaction. This study attempted to confirm the two factor theory (Herzberg, 1968). Direct effect of role conflict, organizational culture, work motivation, work satisfaction to employee performance. Indirect effect of role conflict, organizational culture, work motivation to employee performance at Regional Secretariat Sungai Penuh through work satisfaction as intervening variable.This study using causality design. Object of this study is all of employee of Regional Secretariat Sungai Penuh amounted 113 peoples. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software v. 19.Result of the study found that: 1.) Role conflict effect no significant on work satisfaction, 2) Organizational culture effect significant positive on work satisfaction, 3) Work motivation effect significant positive on work satisfaction, 4) Role conflict effect significant negative on performance, 5) Organizational Culture no significant positive effect on performance 6) Work motivation significant positive effect on performance, 7) Work satisfaction significant positive effect on performance, 8) Role Conflict not significant effect on performance through work satisfaction as intervening variable, 9) Organizational Culture not significant positive effect on performance through work satisfaction as intervening variable, 10) Work motivation significant positive effect on performance through work satisfaction as intervening variable
