Abstract
The results of this study concluded that the perception of supervisor support positive andsignificant effect on confidence in the boss, so the first hypothesis (H1) is acceptable. Interpersonal
Justice positive and significant effect on confidence in the boss, so that the second hypothesis (H2)
is acceptable. Belief in the superior and no significant positive effect on affective commitment so
that the third hypothesis (H3) can diterima.Sehubungan with trust in superiors of affective
commitment has a positive value and is not significant, the researchers suggested further to add to
the respondent.
