PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL PADA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN PASAMAN
Abstract
The discipline of employees in performing duties and obligations is a successful factor fororganization in achieving the goals, then the role of leadership is crucial in improving the quality of
human resources through employee discipline.
Employee discipline is one of the efforts that must be done in an organization, which through
the discipline expected they have a sense of responsibility to carry out the tasks, plan, manage and
control the potential of human resources and able to improve the welfare of employees.
The discipline of employees in the Regional Secretariat of Pasaman that runs during this time
looks not optimal because the role of leadership in implementing leadership functions is less assertive.
