PENAGRUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP PEMBELAJARAN ORGANISASI DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING
Abstract
Organizational learning has been recognized as important variabel especially in human resourcemanagement. This study aimed to examine the moderating role of learning motivation on the
relationship between leadership style, emotional intelligence and organizational learning. The
population of the study was Nagari personnel in the Duo Kota district of Pasaman Regency. The
numbers of sample in this study accounted for 87 respondents. In order to conduct data analysis, this
study performed program of SmartPLS. The results of this study found that leadership style had a
positive and significant effect on organizational learning, while the emotional intelligence did not
have a significant effect on organizational learning. However, learning motivation was not proven as
moderator on the relationship between leadership style, emotional intelligence and organizational
learning.
