ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL, LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PERPUSTAKAAN IAIN IMAN BONJOL PADANG

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of interpersonal communication, physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance library IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang.The results of research on library IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang on 32 employee performance librarian IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang fall into the category of good judgment 1806 value and the mean total score was 4.03% and the level of achievement of the respondents of 80.6%. But there is still a shortage for quality indicators with the mean value of 3.92 and 78.4 and quantity indicators with the mean of 3.96 and 79.2% work for entire world. As for the interpersonal communication variables librarian IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang good assessment category with total score of 1438 and the average was 4.08% with a performance level of respondents of 81.6%. However, there are still shortcomings in the positive attitude indicator with a mean value of 3.9% with a of 78%. Furthermore, the physical work environment variables librarian IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang with enough rating categories, with a total score of sebesar1498 and the mean was 3.9 with a level of achievement respondents by 78%. This means that the physical work environment should be considered by the management in order to increase employee performance and employee discipline variable IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang library with a good rating categories, with a total score of 2094 and the mean is 4.08 with a level of achievement respondents amounted to 81.6%. Thus, in order to maintain employee discipline, that can be further enhanced in order to increase employee performance.
