PENGARUH KONFLIK KERJA-KELUARGA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT RSUD dr. RASIDIN PADANG MELALUI KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang as a public health service providers in the city of Padang, because all the nurses dr. Padang Rasidin should have high performance in providing services to patients. Performance in carrying out tasks nurses must be dipengauhi by factors of family work conflict, job stress and organizational commitment.This study aim to know and analyze: 1) The influence of work-family conflict to organizational commitment of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 2) The influence of work stress to organizational commitment of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 3) The influence of work-family conflict to performance of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 4) The influence of work stress to performance of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 5) The influence of organizational commitment to performance of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 6) The influence of work-family conflict to performance of nurses and organizational commitment as intervening variable at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 7) The influence of work stress to performance of nurses and organizational commitment as intervening variable at General Hospital dr. Rasidin PadangThe design of this research is causality design The population is all of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang amounted 111 peoples thus the sample is same with population that is 111 peoples. Data analysis to test the hypothesis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS software v. 19.Result of the study found that: 1.) Work-family conflict significant negative effect on organizational commitment of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 2) Work stress significant negative effect on organizational commitment of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 3) Work-family conflict no significant effect on performance of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 4) Work stress significant negative effect on performance of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 5) Organizational Commitment conflict significant positive effect on performance of nurses at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 6) Work-family conflict significant effect on performance of nurses with mediated by organizational commitment as intervening variable at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang, 7) Work stress significant effect on performance of nurses with mediated by organizational commitment as intervening variable at General Hospital dr. Rasidin Padang.
