PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI SMP KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

The aims of this study is to analyze the imfact of the competence, organizational culture and performance by work motivation as intervening variable. There are seven hypoteses tested in this study. The sample consists of 50 junior high school Kerinci Region. The proportional random sampling is used in this study.

The result show that competence and organizational culture have impact on performance. The study also found that competence and organizational culture have impact on performance through work motivation. But the motivation in this study has not approved as intervening variable this is because the magnitude of indirect effect is lower than the direct effect.
