ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN SEKOLAH TINGGI AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI (STAIN) KERINCI
Abstract
This study aimed to assess and determine whether the factors that influence the use of information technology has an influence on the performance of employees Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAIN) Kerinci.This study has a 10 (ten) research hypothesis, which is a sample population and is an employee of the Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAIN) Kerinci. The sampling method is the total sampling approach, this is due to the relatively small number of members of populations as many as 70 people.The results using the SEM with 2.0 M3 SmartPLS program concluded that social factors, facilitating conditions and complexity has a significant impact on the utilization of information technology and employee performance. While it was also found to influence significantly the use of information technology on employee performance. For indirect influence through the variable use of information technology as an intervening variable, the empirical findings are also found additional or increased influence of the variable use of information technology in improving the influence of social factors, facilitating conditions and complexity in influencing employee performance.
