PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN DAN INSTRINSIC REWARD TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA (Studi Empiris: Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Pariaman)

Abstract

This study is aimed to identify the effect of education, training and instrinsic reward toward job motivation. The data drawn from 35 employees who people for Local Goverment in Pariaman. The collecting data method using questionnaire. Futhermore, the data analized using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results, the study can summarize that education has positive significant effect on job motivation, training has positive significant effect on job motivation, instrinsic reward has positive significant effect on job motivation. The results of this study also shown there are contribution of education, training, and instrinsic reward toward job motivation is 91,1%, remaining 8,9% determined and explained by another variable which excluded in this model.
