PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PEGAWAI WANITA DI KOTA PARIAMAN
Abstract
This study aim to identify and analyze influence of job stressor to organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at women employee in Pariaman city. Population amounted 120 peoples which sampling technique is survey with five option answers using likert scale. Analysis data method using Goodness of Fit Index, Confirmatory factor analysis, Constuct-Reliability with help AMOS 21.0 software.
The result of this study found that valid and reliable quetionnaire obtained a significant direct effect among to job stressor to organizational commitment, job stressor to job satisfaction, job satisfaction to organizational commitment. Job stressor significant direct effect to organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
