PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN PARTISIPASI TERHADAP HASIL PERUBAHAN ; KESIAPAN UNTUK BERUBAH SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KANTOR WALI NAGARI SE KECAMATAN BAYANG
Abstract
This study aims to determine empirically the effect of transformational leadership and participation of the results of the Change Readiness to Change as Intervening variables either jointly or partially, in the Office of the Wali Nagari in Bayang Sub South Coastal District of West Sumatra. The population of this researchis the staff of Wali Nagari in Bayang Sub about 102 employees from17 existing Nagari, the sample census method considering the data analysis tool used was AMOS where the number of respondents had more than100 people, in the hypothesis testing such as test validity, reliabilityand test of normality, in general the results of this study concluded that all independent variables have positive and significant impact on results change with good category.
