EFFECT OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE, GROWTH, SURPLUS BUDGET FINANCING AND CAPITAL EXPENDITURE OF AREA TO THE DISTRICT/CITY OF JAMBI PERIOD 2009-2012
Abstract
This study aimed to Influence Financial , Economic Growth , Surplus Budget Financing and Capital Expenditure of Area to the District / City of Jambi period 2009-2012. Population and sample of the study was the District / City of Jambi Province , with the observation period from 2009 to 2012. The sampling technique used in this study is the sampling population , ie all populations were subjected to experiments . Year study period was from 2009 - 2012 (4 years), then the amount of data is as much as 44 units. Results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Eviews 6 tools , discover , there is a significant positive effect of financial performance , economic growth and finance the rest over budget on capital expenditure in the District / City of Jambi Province . While in the area of variable not found a significant effect on capital expenditures in the District / City of Jambi Province. The findings of the research hypothesis is relevant to previous research and provide support and reinforcement and a new understanding of the influence of financial performance , economic growth , finance the rest over the budget and the area of capital expenditure
