Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on job performance and organizational commitment as an intervening variable in the employee care health centers in Kerinci district. The object of research is all employees at five care health centers in Kerinci Regency. The data was collected using a questionnaire, while data was analyzed by descriptive statistical methods of multiple linear regression analysis and multilevel. The results of this study found that leadership, work motivation and organizational commitment have a significant effect on job performance, while organizational commitment is proven as an intervening variable. Thus, these variables that are important to enhance the  job performance of employees.
