PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN SELF ESTEEM DAN SELF EFFICACY SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KANTOR CAMAT KECAMATAN SIULAK KABUPATEN KERINCI

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze: 1) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 2) The effect of job satisfaction on self-esteem, 3) The effect of job satisfaction on self-efficacy, 4) The influence of self-esteem to self-efficacy, 5) Effects of self-esteem on employee performance, 6) Effect of self-efficacy on employee performance, 7) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with self-esteem as an intervening variable, 8) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The design of this study is the design of causality. The study population was all employees of the District Office Siulak Kerinci district by 56 people. Approach to data collection was done by the method of census (population = number of samples). Data analysis techniques are simple regression, multiple regression and multilevel regression.
This study found that: 1) Job satisfaction is a positive significant effect on employee performance. 2) Job satisfaction is a positive significant effect on self-esteem. 3) Self-esteem is a positive significant effect on the self. 4) Self-esteem is a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. 5) Self-esteem is a significant positive effect on employee performance. 6) Self-efficacy significantly positive effect on employee performance. 7) Self-esteem mediates the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. 8) Self-efficacy mediates the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.
