PERANAN KOMPENSASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI DALAM PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI

Abstract

This study is to find out how the role of compensation as a moderating variable in the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and leadership style on employee performance in the Kerinci District Health Department. The object of research is around the Kerinci District Health Bureau staff as many as 119 people. The study was conducted by survey method. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Multiple Linear Regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Data processing is performed using the program statistical package for Social Science (SPSS) version 16.0The results found that the compensation act as moderating variable in the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and leadership style on employee performance. Thus, these variables are very important variable in the formation of employee performance at the District Health Office Kerinci.
