PENGARUH FAKTOR ORGANISASI DAN PERSONAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN SELF EFFICACY SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA GURU SD NEGERI KECAMATAN TALAMAU KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze whether there are significant organizational and personal factors influence the organizational commitment and self-efficacy as an intervening variable in the Elementary School Teacher Kecamatan Talamau Kabupaten Pasaman Barat.Population and sample are elementary school teachers (SD) State in the District of West Pasaman Talamau many as 134 people from 26 public primary schools there. The sampling method using census method. In this study there are 7 (seven) hypothesis that consists of 5 (five) and the direct effect hypothesis 2 (two) for the indirect effect through intervening variables.The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, a simple linear analysis and multilevel analysis. Based on the analysis found the presence of a significant positive influence organizational factors, personal factors and self-efficacy to organizational commitment. It was also found there is a significant positive influence of organizational factors and personal factors on self-efficacy. Further to the indirect effect through intervening, discovered the presence of a significant positive influence organizational factors and personal factors on organizational commitment through self-efficacy. This indicates that the strength of self-efficacy held by teachers will be able to increase the influence of organizational factors and personal factors on organizational commitment of teachers in schools.
