PENGARUH KEADILAN ORGANISASI DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KEINGINAN BERPINDAH DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMEDIASI

Abstract

This study is to determine: The effect of organizational justice and job satisfaction on turnover intentions, the influence of organizational justice and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intentions , the organizational commitment mediates the effect of organizational justice on turnover intentions, and the organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions. The design of this study is the design of causality. The population of this study are all registered voluntary labor  in Kerinci Region Secretariat consisting of as many as 182 people. The method is used sampling by census method. The data analysis techniques are simple regression, multiple regression and multilevel regression.
This study found that: 1) Justice organization significant negative effect on turnover intentions. It is significantly high and low turnover intentions are influenced by organizational justice. The higher level of organizational justice will certainly lower turnover intentions. 2) Job satisfaction significant negative effect on turnover intentions. The higher the level of job satisfaction will certainly lower turnover intentions. 3) organization Justice positive significant effect on organizational commitment. The higher level of organizational justice will be the higher the level of organizational commitment. 4) Job satisfaction is a positive significant effect on organizational commitment. The higher the level of job satisfaction, the higher the level of organizational commitment. 5) Organizational commitment significant negative effect on turnover intentions. The higher the organizational commitment will certainly lower turnover intentions. 6) organizational commitment mediates the effect of organizational justice on turnover intentions. It is significantly high and low turnover intentions are influenced by justice organizations through organizational commitment. The higher level of organizational justice and supported by a high organizational commitment would be lower turnover intentions. 7) Organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intentions. It is significantly high and low turnover intentions are influenced by job satisfaction through commitment organization. The higher level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment is supported by the high turnover intentions would be lower.
