ANALISIS PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN DAN AMBIGUITAS PERAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Kasus Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci)
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of role conflict and role ambiguity to organizational commitment. The influence of role conflict, role ambiguity and organizational commitment to employee performance. The influence of role conflict and role ambiguity on employee performance through organizational commitment.
The design of this study causality. The object of this study population was all employees of the Regional Employment Board Kerinci numbering as many as 103 people. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire directly closed. Analysis of data to test the hypothesis of this study using Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM ) with the help of AMOS software.
The results of this study found that 1) the role conflict significant negative effect on organizational commitment, 2) the role ambiguity significant negative effect on organizational commitment, 3) the role conflict significant negative effect on the performance of employees, 4) the role ambiguity significant negative effect on the performance of employees, 5) the organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of employees, 6) the role conflict significantly influence employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, 7) the role ambiguity significant effect on the performance of employees through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.
