Abstract

The objective of this study is efforted to explain the effect of organization culture,
organization commitment, task assertion to motivation. The effect of Organization culture,
organization commitment, task assertion to performance. And motivation as intervening
variabel among organization culture, organization commitment and task assertion to
performance in Regional Secretariat Southern Coastal Districts. Population in this study
amount 155 people contents all of employee in Regional Secretariat Southern Coastal
Districts. Technique of sampling is sensus method because of total of population only 155
people using questionnaire with five option answering. Analysis Data method is Goodness of
fit index, confirmatory factor analysis, construct reliability, variance extracted and path
analysis using AMOS 21.0. The result of study concludes that organization culture,
organization commitment, task assertion significant influence and positif to motivation.
Organization culture, organization commitment, task assertion significant influence and
positif to performance. Motivation as intervening variabel is able to increase the contribution
of organization culture, organization commitment, task assertion to performance.
