PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI DAN MODEL KEPEMIMPINAN LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE (LMX) TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT. BINA PRATAMA SAKATO JAYA
Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze whether there is influence of organizational climate andleadership model of leader-member exchange (LMX) on the loyalty of employees with work
motivation as an intervening variable in PT. Bina Jaya Pratama SakatoPopulation and sample of
this study were all employees of the factory some 150 people, where sampling method using census
method. This research has 7 (seven) hypothesis that consists of 5 (five) and the direct effect
hypothesis 2 (two) for the indirect effect through intervening variables. The method of analysis
used in this study is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM ) using AMOS tool 16 .
From the data analysis, the direct effect was found for the presence of a significant positive effect
of organizational climate, leadership model of leader-member exchange (LMX) and motivation
work on employee loyalty. While it also found a significant positive effect of organizational climate
and leadership model leader -member exchange (LMX) on work motivation. To influence indirectly
through an intervening variable in this case the variable motivation to work, found a significant
positive effect of organizational climate and leadership model of leader-member exchange (LMX)
on employee loyalty through work motivation as an intervening variable in PT . Sakato Bina Jaya
Pratama . Throughout the findings of this study are relevant to some of the results of previous
studies.
