PERAN KOMPENSASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI DALAM PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA SUNGAI PENUH
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) The effect of leadership style, workmotivation, culture organization and compensation to employee performance, 2) The effect of
compensation as moderating variable of leadership style, culture organization and work motivation
on employee performance. This type of research associative research. The study population was all
employee Dinas Kesehatan Kota Sungai Penuh totaling 86 people. In this study, because the
population is relatively small so that all members of the research sample population (census
methods). Data collection techniques used were the questionnaire method immediately closed. Data
analysis techniques to test the hypothesis using Multiple Regression and Regression Variable
Moderation (Moderate Regression Analysis). Research shows that: 1) The leadership style task
behavior does not significantly influence employee performance. 2) Leadership style relationship
behavior does not significantly influence employee performance. 3) Motivation positive significant
effect on employee performance. 4) Cultural organizations significant effect on the performance of
employees. 5) Compensation significant positive effect on employee performance. 6) The
compensation does not act as a moderating variable that can amplify the effect of leadership style
task behavior to employee performance. 7) Compensation serves as a moderating variable that can
strengthen the influence of leadership style behaviors relation to employee performance. 8) The
compensation does not act as a moderating variable that can amplify the effect of work motivation
on employee performance. 9) Compensation serves as a moderating variable that can strengthen
organization cultural influence on employee performance. This proves that the compensation can
