PENGARUHKOMITMEN ORGANISASI, GAYAKEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR DI DINAS KOPERASI DAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH KOTA PADANG
Abstract
The success of an organisation, both took the form of the agency, the agency, the work unitand the form of the other organisation really was determined by the achievement of available
elements in this organisation especially the achievement of human resources. The aim of the
research was to know the influence of the organisation commitment, the style of leadership
and the organisation culture towards the achievement of the machinery in the Koperasi
Service and Mikro efforts, Kecil, and Middle Kota Padang. The population in this research
was all the Koperasi Service and efforts of Mikro Kecil Menengah Kota Padang totalling
147 people. This research used the primary data that is the spreading of the questionnaire to
the Koperasi Service machinery and Micro efforts, Kecil, and Middle Kota Padang and
secondary took the form of the data of the number of officials. Variably the independent in
this research consisted of the organisation commitment, the leadership power and the
organisation culture whereas the dependent variable was the achievement. Results of SPSS
data processing 17, found that together the variable of the organisation commitment, the
style of leadership and the influential organisation culture towards the achievement of the
machinery in the Koperasi Service and Mikro efforts, Kecil, and Middle Padang State. The
management of the agency must be able to revise the organisation commitment that
previously became the commitment organisais that was good for to the front by means of
creating the satisfying work commitment by means of applied to the official how important
is the meaning of the organisation of their place works now for the period to the front. .
The key word: the organisation commitment, the style of leadership and the
organisation culture as well as the achievement.
