PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING PADA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KANTOR KESATUAN BANGSA POLITIK DAN PERLINDUNGAN MASYARAKAT
Abstract
This study aimed to assess and determine whether there Effect of Leadership Styles and Motivation Work ToPerformance With Job Satisfaction As Moderating Variable On Civil Service Office of National Unity in
Politics and Public Protection.Population and sample is the entire Civil Servants in the Office of National
and Political Unity numbering 70 people. The sampling technique following the census method, thus the
number of samples is equal to the total population of 70 people.The results using multiple linear regression
analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), shows that there are significant positive influence of
leadership style, employee motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. There is a significant
effect positive leadership style and motivation to work on the performance moderated by job satisfaction.
