PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DANKEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA DINAS KEHUTANAN DAN PERKEBUNAN KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA
Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of culture oganization and leadershipon departement civil servant performance with motivation as intervening variable in forest
and agricultural service at Dharmasraya Regency. The research has seven (7) hypothesis
which consist of five (5) hipothesis to explain direct influence and two (2) to explain indirect
effect intervening variable. The sample of this study consists of civil servant in forest and
agriculture service at Dharmasraya Regency with total number is fifty (50) civil servant.
The research use census sampling method of technique analysis use is multiple linear
regression, simple linear regression and hyrierichal regression analysis. Base on analysis
was found that positif significance influence of culture organization, leadership and civil
servant on motivation. Furthermore, the influence of intervening variable show that
motivation can mediate relationship betwen organization culture and leadership on civil
servant, that means indirect influence from culture organization and leadership on civil
servant through motivation is better than direct effeck. The effect of culture organization and
leadership on civil servant performance without motivation.
