Abstract

Satisfaction is a relative assessment, which depends on each individual's response to its
satisfaction level. Satisfaction of someone is very dependent on the level of expectation and
achievement level expectations. The objective of this study aim to investigate the effect of
leadership, promotion, work environment and organizational citizenship behavior on job
satisfaction among of employees in National Land Agency in the Regional Office of West
Sumatra Province. Population in this study ist of 69 people which consall of employees that
promoted in the National Land Agency in the Regional Office of West Sumatra Province.
Technique of sampling is census. and using questionnaire. Furthermore, data is tested its
with validity and reliability and for hypothesis test using multiple regression. The result of
study concludes that leadership significant influence and positive on job satisfaction,
promotion significant influence and positive on job satisfaction besides, work environment
significant influence and positive on job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship
behavior significant influence and positive on job satisfaction. The result also proved that
have a contribution of leadership, promotion, work environment organizational citizenship
behavior on job satisfaction. of employees 54,4%, remaining 45,6%a given and explained by
another variables excluded in this model.
