PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU di KKG SD WILAYAH I KECAMATAN PASAMAN DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This Research is intended to look at how Academic Supervision and OrganizationalCulture affects of Teacher Performance and also to see wheter Work Motivation have a
role as Intervening Variabel. The data analysis using SPSS program version 16. There was
effect the positive and significant of Academic Supervision (X1) and Organizational
Culture (X2) variable on Teacher Performance in KKG Elementary School Region I Subdistrict
Pasaman with regression coefficient 1.258 for Academic Supervision 0.475
significant 0.000 and Organizational Culture 0.223 significant 0.000. There was effect the
positive and significant Work Motivation varibale mediates correlation Academic
Supervison and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance in KKG Elementary
School Region I Sub-district Pasaman that is to say effect of Academic Supervision and
Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance in KKG Elementary School Region I Subdistrict
Pasaman with Work Motivation are bigger than direct effect to Academic
Supervision and Organizational Culture on Teacher Performance as 3.5% or from 38.7%
become 44.2%. It can be interpreted that Work Motivation variable partially mediates the
correlation beetween the dependent variable to the independent variable.
