PENGARUH KONFLIK PEKERJAAN-KELUARGA DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to investigate the intervening effect of job satisfactionon the relationship between work-family conflict and transformational leadership on
organizational commitment. The number of usable samples in this study was 91
employees who were currently working for Office of Public Work Service in Regency
of Kerinci. In order to collect the data, this study used questionnaire while technique
of anlysis was performed multiple, simple and hierarchical regression analyses. The
results of study found that, first work-family conflict and transformational leadership
had significant effect either on job satisfaction nor organizational commitment.
Second, job satisfaction influenced organizational commitment significantly. Third,
job satisfaction was proven as intervening variable on the relationship between workfamily
conflict and transformational leadership on organizational commitment.
